3. Eligibility

To use Wing services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent • Have a compatible eSIM-enabled device • Provide accurate and complete information during purchase • Have a valid payment method We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a purchase, you agree that: • You are authorized to use the payment method provided • All information you provide is accurate and complete • Prices are subject to change without notice • All sales are final once the eSIM has been delivered Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Your eSIM will be delivered to your email immediately after successful payment.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products: • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been installed or activated • Once an eSIM is installed on a device, it cannot be refunded • If you experience technical issues preventing activation, contact our support team • Partial refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused data To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number and reason for the request.
